Our feelings project into our energies. It’s like you had a big argument with someone, you just stopped yelling and someone walks into the room. Today LISAonthego had this experience she walked into a room where she was not wanted. It was obvious, the energy was thick and smoky. It was so uncomfortable and due to the circumstances, she did the best she could do and the minute she could leave she did. In the moment LISAonthego went within, found her peace and sent love outward. She didn’t think about it, she just did it. Then the ego mind chatter started, what did she do wrong and why is this other person so angry? LISAonthego is responsible for her and only her. She didn’t do anything wrong, it had nothing to do with her. LISAonthego laughed to herself this person’s projection wasn’t about LISAonthego it was about herself and to let it go.
