This is about an event, occurrence or situation and being told by others "let it go" or "get over it". Really? Does this work for you? It hasn't worked for me and in my talk is how I understand what I am going through and move forward.

This talk was done while I was driving, why am I telling you? Because you'll hear my blinker etc. I get inspired and do a talk audio. If I wait, I lose the moment that I am having; my emotions and being authentic in who I am. Not all my talks and videos are done this way. Some talks/videos are written out, thought about, processed, researched through my inner self awareness for me to understand my emotion and be authentic.
